Bead Retreat Cost: $360
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat
Full payment for the retreat portion is due by October 1, 2026
You may also choose to pay in full upon receiving your registration confirmation

Event Schedule
Classes are held during days at sea. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy beading events, relax onboard, and explore ports.
Due to the ship’s schedule, there may be an afternoon class during the Jamaica port day.

A fun tradition! Create a pendant to exchange with fellow Bead Cruisers as a special keepsake.
Cruise Booking Information
You are responsible for booking your own cruise directly through Royal Caribbean.
Detailed instructions, including the group booking phone number and group code, will be emailed after your retreat deposit or full payment is received.
⚠️ You must book under our group number to participate in the retreat.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit and inability to participate.
Please note that casino bookings, or any other promotional bookings that exclude participation within the group, are not permitted.
Guests who choose to book their cruise outside of the official group will not be eligible to participate in the Retreat Portion of the event, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

How to Register
To participate, you must complete BOTH:
1. Retreat Registration
Submit through Beaders Dream Retreat (Beki Haley) via JotForm. This form works best on a PC, Laptop or iPad. It does not work well on a cell phone.
It will be available at the bottom of this page on April 29th, 2026
2. Cruise Booking
Book directly with Royal Caribbean using our group number which is only provided to you after your non-refundable deposit or payment in full is made for the Retreat Portion of the Bead Cruise.
Our Special Royal Caribbean Group Rate is offered on
• Interior Cabins for $492 per person, double occupancy
• Ocean View Cabins for $628 per person, double occupancy
• * Additional cabin classes may be reserved at whatever the current pricing is via Royal Caribbean.
* However, it is mandatory that you call Royal Caribbean with our group number (provided upon registration) and be moved into our group!
In addition to your cabin fee there is also $218.25 per person for tax, fees, and port charges.
And $129.50 in gratuities*.
The daily gratuity is automatically applied by default
• It’s not legally mandatory, but it’s treated as a standard part of cruise pricing
• It’s pooled across crew, including people you never see (not just your waiter or cabin steward)
You have two ways to pay
• Prepay before your cruise (optional)
• Or don’t prepay → they’ll be automatically added daily to your onboard account
So skipping prepay doesn’t eliminate the charge—it just changes when you pay it.

Retreat Confirmation Process
Retreat confirmations are processed manually
Please allow time for processing
If you have not received confirmation by 1 PM PT the following day, email:

Please do not submit duplicate registrations. This create an extreme amount of extra work and removes classes from inventory which may prevent another attendee from selecting that class!

Invoices are sent via Zoho Invoices
Payments are processed through PayPal
All major credit cards are accepted (PayPal account not required)

Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy
$150 non-refundable retreat deposit
PayPal refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee
If you cannot attend:
A partial refund (minus deposit) may be issued if replacement is found
⚠️ No refunds within 60 days of the event
If an instructor cannot teach:
A substitute instructor will be provided or
Virtual instruction will be offered after the cruise
No refunds will be issued
We reserve the right to decline any registration at our discretion.
Cruise Transfers & Substitutions
Cruise reservations must be handled directly through Royal Caribbean’s Group Booking Department.
Transfers are your responsibility

Cruise Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel insurance details are provided as a courtesy. Please confirm all coverage directly with your chosen provider.

Insurance & Liability Notice
Unless you independently purchase travel insurance through a third-party provider and specifically request coverage that includes the retreat portion of the Bead Cruise®, the retreat portion is not covered under any insurance policy.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that Beki Haley, Cassandra Spicer, Bead Cruise®, Beads To Live By, and any affiliated entities or subsidiaries are not responsible for refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for any reason, including cancellations, interruptions, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all retreat funds will be refunded in full.
