Bead Retreat Cost: $335
• A $125 *non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat.
The non-refundable deposit will be refunded in full if we are not able to book you on the cruise.
Payment in full for Retreat Portion is due by November 1st, 2023
Or you may opt to pay in full when you have received your registration confirmation.

Classes are held during our days at sea.  You'll have time on the cruise for the beading events, exploring and relaxing on the ship and enjoying your days at the ports.

PLEASE NOTE - Our group block on the ship is now sold out! However, there are still cabins in most categories available on this ship. If you would still like to join us, our travel agent, Becki Wells, would be happy to quote you cabin prices. Just select the “Other” option during registration and she’ll get in touch with you. You won’t be charged any retreat fees until we’re certain you’re booked onto the ship!

For the cruise fees - Checks will no longer be accepted as a form of payment.
RCCL is now offering Flex Pay. You can schedule anywhere from 1-10 payments with the final one being no later than the final payment date.
This option will be available on the registration form.
Final Payment is due by Dec. 5th, 2023

** Please note - IF the ship still has cabins available in our sold out options, Becki may still be able to book that for you, you just would not get our discounted rate.

Travel insurance is mandatory and the cost for RCCL starts at $69 and up based on occupancy and category type.
There is also an option for Travel Guard insurance. You can see more about this on our FAQ page

The price of your cruise includes: 

  • Ship accommodations

  • Ocean transportation

  • Most meals on board (unless you choose specialty dining)

  • Some beverages onboard (coffee, tea, some juices, and milk).  No soda or alcohol is included.

  • Most entertainment onboard which can include ice skating shows, live bands, pub events like trivia, comedy shows, original stage productions, dance classes, fitness center, guest speakers, library and card room, outdoor movie nights, and much, much more!

The following services are not included in the cruise price: 

  • Travel insurance

  • Dining in Specialty Restaurants

  • Dining in Johnny Rockets (Where applicable)

  • Spa and Salon services

  • Gambling (Including Bingo)

  • Any purchases made in the gift shops onboard

  • Shore excursions

  • Medical Services

  • Internet Access

  • Transfers (Unless guest has purchased our air/sea package)

  • Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services

  • Ship to Shore Telephone calls

  • Gratuities

  • Alcoholic Beverages

  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages (lemonade, and iced tea)

Important Info:
When registering for the Cruise portion of this event you will have the option to select your 1st choice of cabins on the ship. They will be assigned first come-first served. In the event your choice/s have sold out, Becki Wells will contact you with available options.
In the event she is not able to book you on the cruise the above $125 non-refundable Bead Retreat deposit will be refunded in full. This is the ONLY exception for the non-refundable deposit.

Registration for the cruise will be submitted to Becki Wells - our group travel agent.
Registration for the Bead Retreat portion will be submitted to Beki Haley/Beaders Dream Retreat
Registration for both the cruise and the retreat must be completed at the same time.
Your registration is only complete at such time as both registrations are submitted and you have either paid in full or paid the required non-refundable deposits for both portions of this event.

Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat (this is done manually, please be patient with me)

PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO SUBMIT REGISTRATIONS - THIS CREATES A LOT OF EXTRA WORK FOR ALL OF US!
You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information.  Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.
You will also receive a confirmation of your cruise reservation - this can take several days. Please be patient - Becki Wells will you contact as soon as she is able with your cruise reservation and cabin information.

Forms of Payment
For the Cruise - Payment will be processed by Becki Wells and Royal Caribbean. All major credit cards are accepted.
Personal checks are no longer accepted for any portion of the cruise payment - NO EXCEPTIONS.
For the Retreat -
We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal all processed through PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve your space on the Bead Cruise a $125.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the Retreat Portion.
PayPal refunds are subject to a 5% fee deducted from the refund amount.
And a $250 deposit ($500 for a single) is required for the Cruise Portion upon registration.
To book your cabin on the cruise a $25 non-refundable administration fee is required.
If you cancel for any reason you will need to pay a $40 cancellation fee to Becki Wells.
Beki Haley, Bead Cruise and Beaders Dream Retreat reserve the right to decline registration at our discretion.

Because this event is tied in with a cruise that does not allow guests to transfer their reservation, the retreat portion and the cruise portion of your registration will be handled separately in the event you are unable to attend.
First, you would need to check with Becki Wells at Becki@TripsandShips.com to see if your cruise reservation can be canceled and she can make you aware of any penalties for doing so. 
The person you have found to replace you would then need to book the cruise first.  Once this has been completed the retreat portion of the event could then be transferred into your replacement’s name.
All financials for the transfer of the retreat portion of this event are to be handled between you and your replacement. 
Once that has been completed you must notify Beki Haley at BeadCruise@gmail.com both BEFORE and AFTER this sale of your seat in the retreat portion of this event.
In the event that you are unable to cancel your cruise reservation, but you are still unable to attend, the retreat fee will be refunded minus the non-refundable portion.
We would be happy to put you in touch with the next person on the waiting list.
Please note that it is your responsibility to find and make arrangements for someone to purchase your space in this event.

There are no refunds 60 days prior to the date of the event for any reason.
We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Bead Cruise, Beaders Dream Retreat, Beki Haley Designs, Becki Wells, Trips and Ships Luxury Travel, or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason.
Should we need to cancel the event any monies you have paid towards the retreat portion of this event will be refunded in full.

Health & Safety Protocols
At the time of this publication, the mask mandate has been lifted for the location of this event. Should a mandate go into effect prior to our event you agree to follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the state of Florida and/or Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. 
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines may have their own independent requirements SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 for cruising.

If you would like to prepare ahead of time for all of the forms that you will be required to fill out, sign and upload in order to process your Bead Cruise registration you can download the forms here, save to your computer and when you register for the cruise portion of this event you’ll be all prepared to upload them!

MUST provide Becki Wells/Trips and Ships with the following documentation.
Please download these forms by clicking on the name of each form and either sign electronically or print and sign and then upload the documents below. Failure to abide by the forms and contracts is subject to refusal to participate in future events.

Beki Haley/Beaders Dream Retreat, Becki Wells/Trips and Ships reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
